fill up to 1000.0 ml.

Aliquot 100 ml into (10) 200 ml square bottles.(For liquuid only)
or

Aliquot 500 ml into (2) 1000.0 ml bottles (For liquid only).

Sterilize by autoclaving 40 minutes (liquid cycle).
