Add 1.0 g Bacto Agar to 2L flask and add 650 ml dH2O. Heat on high temperature while stirring until agar dissolves. Using gloves, transfer to 1L graduated cylinder and bring volume to 1L. Transfer back to flask and mix thoroughly. Aliquot 100ml into 10 200ml bottles. Autoclave 30 minutes (liquid cycle).
