    • After 800 ml of dH2O is added--stir, adjust ot pH 7.4, then fill up to 1000.0 ml.
     
    • Aliquot 100 ml into (10) 200 ml square bottles
     
    • Make sure chemical stating monobasic denotes H2PO4
     
    • Need to pH at 7.4
