with tweezers- recommended for pots:

1.  Wet small tweezer tips with dH₂0. 

2.  Touch one tip to a seed.

3.  Move seed to soil by touching tweezer tip to desired spot on soil.

4.  Cover pots with humidomes.  Let pots sit in 4°C room for 2 days and then move up to growth room.
 
 
 

with 0.1% agar- recommended for flats

1.  Weigh out seed for planting.  2mg of seed = 100seed.  Suspend each 2-3mg of seed in 5ml agar.  Planting more than 200 seed/flat may make the plants less happy.

2.  Suspend seeds in agar.

3.  Disperse seeds over soil with a disposable Pasteur pipet. 

4. Cover flats with humidomes.  Let flats sit in 4°C room for 2 days and then move up to growth room.
