After 800 ml of dH2O is added--stir, then
fill up to 1000.0 ml.

Aliquot 100 ml into (10) 200 ml square bottles

Sterlize by autoclaving 40 min in liquid cycle.
Shake until dissolved.
Add 10 ml of 250 mM KCl at pH 7.0
Before use, add 5.0 ml of 2.0 mM MgCl2
