    • After 800 ml of dH2O is added--stir, then fill up to 1000.0 ml.
    • Aliquot 100 ml into (10) 200 ml square bottles
    • Sterlize by autoclaving 30 min in liquid cycle.
    Note: Add glucose to 2% before pouring plates to make YPD.
